STARS is a a program that endeavors to improve emergency care for children with medical complexity.

• To enroll your child in STARS, please review the STARS Program inclusion criteria. If your child meets the criteria, please go to Contact Us and select the Referrals for a new STARS patient link under the designated hospital.
• If your child attends a hospital that is not using STARS and they are interested in implementing, please contact the STARS Program Team for more information.
